Introduction
Francophone Minority Communities Student Pilot (FMCSP) — an exclusive pilot program allowing eligible grads (outside Quebec) to transition from study to Permanent Residence.
What you gain :
Apply for Permanent Resident status immediately once you graduate from
a qualifying French-language program (≥ 2 years).
Work with an open work permit while your PR application is processed
Include family members inside or outside Canada.
Get IRCC-funded settlement support during your studies.

Eligibility highlights:
Must have held a study permit under FMCSP
Degree/diploma must be taught primarily in French (50 %+ French instruction)
